Boxing brings latest fitness front (Telluride Daily Planet)
It was step aerobics in the 1980s, yoga in the 90s and now, boxing for fitness is the latest workout to hit Telluride. By building bone density, core strength and flexibility, boxing benefits the overall health of the body, but also breeds an atmosphere of fun.

A new exercise class is starting at the Newport Recreation Center Monday, Nov. 14. The instructor, Christian Gary, is a certified exercise instructor.
